Portrait sessions are one flat rate based on the type of photo session and location. Payment is due at the time of the portrait session. The flat fee cost includes the time for the session and digital downloads of the finished high resolution images in electronic format. The client will also be provided with a contract indicating that they have reproduction rights in order to get prints made from the digital images that are provided. During the session your images are captured in an unfinished format. After the session I handpick the final images and work with each selection to bring it to its full potential. These final images will be presented to you via an online gallery that you can download the images directly from. The quantity of final finished images that a client can generally expect to receive are listed below in the different portrait categories. If you are interested in receiving extra finished photographs from your session please contact me prior to your session to discuss the additional cost. Additional fees may apply with regard to mileage if off-site location is outside of the Grand Rapids, MI area. PORTRAITS FOR CHILDREN, MATERNITY, OR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES - $200 (up to 1 hour)

Approximately 20 different final images will be provided. Some duplicate pictures with different applications such as black and white, etc. will also be provided. Total numbers depend on circumstances of the session and in result may vary. The session can take place off-site at the outside location of your choosing –OR- inside in the studio area if the session is for a baby or a small child. The portrait session must take place in single location and in one sitting. Additional fee of $10/person beyond four for immediate family sessions. With the exception of working with babies inside, I work primarily outside in natural lighting. This will allow us to move around and be creative. I love capturing people and their personalities just as they are. If you want the perfectly posed traditional studio type of portraits then I’m probably not the girl for you. If you want the smiles that your sweet toddler affords with the frowns and the laughs in-between then you have reached the right place. I will offer some direction in terms of posing and trying to get some shots with a family together and looking at the camera but capturing the candid natural moments is really my specialty.

NEWBORN PORTRAITS $300 (2-3 hours)

Approximately 20 different final images will be provided. Some duplicate pictures with different applications such as black and white, etc. will also be provided. Total numbers depend on circumstances of the session and in result may vary. Please note that newborn sessions can be done later but really are best if done within the first two weeks of the baby being born. In the first two weeks the baby sleeps a lot and is usually much more willing to be posed into those cute squishy brand new baby poses. Please contact me as soon as possible (preferably before baby arrives) to get a tentative date in the schedule. I have limited openings per week and because it is important to work within the first 2 weeks of baby’s arrival I want to be sure that I have availability for you. Newborn sessions are typically done inside in the studio area in order to utilize all of my available props and backdrop options. Several props are available but feel free to bring whatever you would like to try and incorporate into the pictures. If you wish to have the newborn session done in your home then an additional $100 will apply to the session cost. Please contact me with specifics in order to be sure that this option is a possibility. The baby “calls the shots” with everything so please plan for the session to run very long due to diaper changes, feedings, and trying to get the baby to fall asleep. Babies tend to eat more than usual during sessions (modeling is hard work!) so please come prepared for extra feedings. I will have a space heater running to keep baby toasty and comfortable so you may want to dress light or in layers. Since so much time is put towards all the cute little brand new baby poses etc. the baby is definitely the emphasis and star of the show with these sessions. If you have other requests such as a couple of family pics, or the baby with siblings, please let me know in advance. I have some space limitations in the studio area and I want to be sure that I can accommodate your specific requests.

HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR PORTRAITS - $400 (2-3 hours)

Approximately 30 different final images will be provided. Some duplicate pictures with different applications such as black and white, etc. will also be provided. Total numbers depend on circumstances of the session and in result may vary. Session can be at multiple locations with unlimited outfit changes as time allows. Feel free to bring props to include in some of the pictures. The pictures can be as creative and unique as you are! Additional charges may apply with regard to mileage/travel if session locations are too far apart. I do have a smaller inside studio space in my home with some different backdrop choices and styles. This space is limited and is ideal primarily for newborn or small child portraits. If inside studio portraits are requested as well as off- site photographs it will be considered two separate sessions.
